TACO SALAD
LUNCH AT THE OFFICE
After Taco Tuesday comes the leftovers which made up a delicious Taco Salad.
Lettuce on the bottom. Seasoned Ground Beef, more Lettuce, Cheese, Pico de Gallo and Cotija Cheese.
