Our entire family loves Vietnamese food and Hale Vietnam is one of our favorites. We always eat family style and share a variety of dishes. Usually we order Pho but on this visit we decided to try the Vietnamese Fondue. We started with the Imperial Rolls which are always good. Wrap them in Lettuce with a slice of Cucumber, Daikon, Carrots and Mint. You can also add the noodles but I pass on them to stay low carb. Finish your Lettuce Wrap with the sauce and a squirt or two Sriracha Sauce. Absolutely delicious. The Vietnamese Fondue was good. We went with Steak and Shrimp which you place in the boiling pot filled with a rich broth. When cooked place it in the lettuce or you can use the rice paper wraps which you soak in warm water. Top with the slightly cooked onions, cucumber, daikon, carrots, mint and basil. These little wraps are delicious and satisfying. The Grilled Beef is also one of our favorites. We love the flavor and it is perfect for my low carb diet.
