Taking the girls out for lunch turned out to be a feast. We went to Buca Di Beppo to have pizza and salad. Never expected to find a Lobster Pizza Special on the menu and just had to try it. The Lobster Pizza ($29.95) was big enough to serve an army. We did not even put a dent in it. I liked the flavor of the sauce, cheeses and lobster but found it to be a little oily. This was a real treat though and I would order it again. The Chopped Antipasto Salad ($13.95) was also huge. We ordered the "Small" and it was big enough for six people. Filled with pepperoni, feta cheese, red onion, olives, tomatoes and large peppers. This is a delicious salad served with a light and fresh vinegar and oil dressing. The Baked Rigatoni ($29.95) for a large is simply massive. There was enough pasta in that bowl to serve 8-10 people. Could not believe the size of the dish. The Rigatoni is served in a tomato sauce with tons of sausage and ground beef. This is a hearty dish that will fill you up. There was sausage in every bite. I really liked this pasta dish and will probably be sick of it by weeks end as we have tons left over. Also have a ton of pizza left too. Buca Di Beppo is a great place to take a large family or group to eat family style. Just order a few dishes and get ready to feast.
