FOOTBALL GAME

ALOHA STADIUM 

Hawaii beat Colorado 34-17 in the season debut of Warrior Football.  This was a good win to start what should be a good season for Hawaii.  Next up we play Washington in Seattle.  Stay tuned as I may just be making the trip and blogging about Seattle eateries and the game and fan action.  We had a small but enjoyable tailgate party.  Could not go over the top as it was a very busy week and I had very little prep time. We tried to keep the food healthier and served the sides shown here plus some fresh Marlin that we grilled up in the parking lot.  Also served cheese stuffed burgers, Kal Bi Ribs and Nathan's Hot Dogs.  I stuffed the burgers with cheddar cheese so the cheese would explode when you took a bite.  Actually came out really good.  Looks like I did not take photos of the main dishes as the beer was kicking in and I was enjoying myself.  We concluded the festivities with a ice cold bottle of Moet Chandon Champagne.  GO BOWS!
