DINNER IN MINUTES FROM COSTCO

I was skeptical about serving Pulled Beef Brisket out of a bag from Costco.  Recipe goes like this;  open bag, place on plate and microwave.  In seconds you have a really good  BBQ beef brisket.

Skepticism gone.  This stuff is good.  Loved the sweet and peppery taste of the sauce and flavor of the brisket.  Added a few pickles and placed the brisket on a nice bun.  Sandwich was as good as any beef brisket you can get in Honolulu and not very expensive at all.  This would be a great product to serve at a BBQ or tailgate party.  Can't wait to have a party so we can serve mini sliders with Jack Daniel's Pulled Beef Brisket.
