Enjoyed a great meal at McCormick and Schmick's in Houston, Texas. Cannot say enough good about the staff here. Our waiter and the General Manager were fantastic. Made us feel like VIP's as we dined outside on the patio in very comfortable weather. Don't know what it was but (maybe wine) we had one heck of a time meeting other diners and members of the staff as we enjoyed some really fresh Oysters. I don't eat Oysters in Hawaii because they are never fresh. The Oysters here were absolutely fantastic. Loved them and probably could have eaten a dozen myself. I enjoyed the Iceberg Wedge Salad and a 6oz Center Cut Filet Mignon. Liked the salad and loved the steak. They add a little spice mixture to the steak which gives it a unique flavor. It is not too overpowering so the flavor of the beef still comes through. Cannot say enough good about the staff here. Truly made us feel welcome and took care of us so well.
