The Fairmont Grand Del Mar is one of my favorite places on earth. Secluded in the hills of Del Mar, this is an oasis of beauty and relaxation. If I could I would check in here for a month and just chill.
The staff is friendly and I love sitting in the lobby and listening to local entertainers on Friday and Saturday nights. A glass of wine, the fire places roaring and the sound of music relaxes the soul. I closed the joint several nights just sitting there in the lobby by myself. A morning walk in the cool Sand Diego dew opens your mind and gets the blood flowing for another wonderful day in San Diego. I just left and cannot wait to get back to this place.
