LOVED...and I mean LOVED our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Singapore. This is on my top three or four hotels list that we have stayed around the World. From check in to check out service was five stars. Everyone employed here seems to understand the importance of guest relations. The Guest Relationship Manager who we met epitomized class and graciousness with her warm smile and caring attitude. Employees here greet you by name, smile and ask questions about your stay. Always making sure you are happy and taken cared of. After checking in and getting comfortable in our room, the door bell rang and an employee brought in fresh fruit, fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and juice along with a hand written welcome note. The room was perfect. So peaceful and comfortable with a large bathroom with soaking tub. Our suite included coffee, tea and mini bar. I ventured down to the bar and found it to be full of people drinking tea, dining and enjoying cocktails. Staff was smiling and engaging in the bar too. Cannot say enough good things about the Four Seasons Singapore. Truly one of the finest hotels!
