I give Flour and Barley thumbs up for food and service. Lunch here was really good with the entire staff smiling, welcoming and thanking us for visiting. Everyone seemed to be on the same page for service and this was oh so refreshing. The space is large, bright and clean with a large bar in the back. We started with the Antipasti Board ($24) which was one of the best I have had in Hawaii. Quality cheeses including our favorite with Truffles. Lots of Prosciutto and other meats plus toasted bread. We ran out of bread for the cheese and meats and ordered another portion for ($2). The Pasta Bolognese ($25) was really good and liked by my Wife and Daughter. The Spaghetti is a larger more thick type. Now for the Pizza which will make the difference on whether we return here. Ordered the Salsicce Pizza ($19) with Fennel Sausage, Onions and Peppers. Everyone liked the Pizza so it looks like we have a new favorite Pizza place now that Mama Manoa's shut down. Will be back again soon for the pizza for sure. Our lunch here was satisfying and filling which I cannot say for a lot of Waikiki restaurants.
