HAWAIIAN AIRLINES
HONOLULU TO INCHEON (SEOUL) SOUTH KOREA
Readers of my blog know that I am a big fan of Hawaiian Airlines and always try to use them because I am a big user of their mileage program. Being able to upgrade to Business Class really makes those 10-11 hour flights a little more enjoyable. Hawaiian does a good job with Business Class to Incheon Airport near Seoul, South Korea but they just do not compare with the service of say Korean or Japan Airlines. The level of service is just not there and the food while decent comes up short. Hawaiian Airlines Flight Attendants are nice and get the job done but that is about it. They do not go the extra mile to make sure drinks are filled, water is served or snacks are provided during the flight. Instead they seem to be more interested in hanging out in the galley and talking story which is the exact opposite of the Asian airlines. Hey I am not complaining but just wishing that the American Airlines could step it up on international service and be just half as good as Korean, JAL, Singapore or Lufthansa.
