I loved Dan Tana's. The food, service and ambiance were all better than I expected. What we did not like was the large doorman who didn't smile, welcome or thank us. He was intimidating, frowning and not welcoming. Made us want to turn around and walk out. Thankfully after getting past him, the rest of the staff was awesome. We were greeted with smiles and asked if we would like to sit inside or outside. It was a warm evening so we chose outside on the patio. The host said "great choice" and that the patio was beautiful. Seated at the patio, I immediately ordered a small carafe of Chianti and looked over the menu which is accessed through a QR code on your phone. Wow...what a menu I thought. I want to try everything! We started with Antipasto and Caprese Salad. Both were delicious but I think we all enjoyed the Caprese best. Next up were the Steamed Clams which were hands down one of the best Clam dishes ever. So fresh, meaty and delicious. Oh I could have eaten six orders of the Clams. Now I know this sounds crazy with such a diverse menu but we ALL ordered different versions of the Parmesan dishes. I had Veal Parmesan. My Wife had Chicken Parmesan and my Daughter had Eggplant Parmesan. All served with a delicious and perfectly cooked Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce. Loved the Pasta and Tomato Sauce. Kinda craving it now. I LOVED the Veal Parmesan but my Wife and Daughter said there's was just o.k.

Finished the meal with an incredible Tiramisu. The waitstaff taking care of us was great.

I really enjoyed the food and service here. Much better than I expected.
