We were headed to Kauai's Pono Market for some Poke when we saw a truck selling Pizza.
Scorpacciata Neapolitan Pizza caught our eye and senses with the great smell of the Pizza oven. While we waited in line to get Poke next door, my Wife ordered a Margherita Pizza from Scorpacciata. Wow...I am so glad she did. LOVED the Pizza. Great crust and sauce. A very light and satisfying Pizza that we all loved. Will definitely be having this Pizza again when visiting my favorite Hawaiian Island.
