DINNER AT HOME
These Tacos were amongst the best I have ever eaten in my life. Definitely up there with The Brigantine Fish Tacos in Del Mar, CA. I used A La Madre low carb Corn Tortillas and you could not taste the difference from a regular Tortilla. Bought the Shrimp Tempura from Whole Foods and used two pieces per Taco because they were smaller than the ones we buy at Costco. The Whole Foods Shrimp Tempura taste better. The flavors of the Shrimp Tempura, White Sauce, Hot Sauce, Pico de Gallo, Cheese, Lettuce and Avocado were amazing. Mind boggling delicious and my Wife wants me to make this again on Friday.
