We really loved our stay at The Ritz Carlton Osaka. What set this hotel apart was the service. Definitely Six Star. The incredible staff is professional, friendly, well trained and always smiling. Probably the best we have experienced in our lifetimes traveling the world. They learn your name and call you by name from the time you check in to the time you check out. There is always someone at the front entrance to greet and open the door for you. The small gals that deliver bags to your room are tiny yet strong enough to handle the heaviest bags with huge smiles. Waiters, waitresses, valet and everyone else here truly goes the extra mile to provide the highest level of customer service. Our room included breakfast and I was pleased to see that unlimited champagne was included every day. Breakfast buffet was nice but we liked the Club Level even better. Club Level offers food and beverages from morning until night. Great wines, beer, alcohol, champagne and delicious food with again impeccable service. Was so nice enjoying coffee with the view of the city and having leisurely breakfasts that we never get to enjoy in Hawaii. In the evenings they offer a really nice spread of appetizers and main dishes that are good enough for a complete dinner. The wines were really good and I could enjoy them each evening until 10pm. The service from the little gal in the Club Lounge was Six Star and she left a lasting impression on what great service is all about. Time after time the staff impressed us here. Truly amazing!
