PORTUGUESE SAUSAGE AND EGG BURRITO
BREAKFAST AT HOME
Portuguese Sausage, Eggs and Rice is a staple breakfast in Hawaii. Heck, you can even get this at McDonalds here. My daughter loves Portuguese Sausage and so do I. We also like burritos so after making Chorizo and Steak Breakfast Burritos we decided to use Portuguese Sausage. Had to use whatever we had in the refrigerator and that was not much. Would have liked to add some sautéed bell peppers and fresh cilantro to these burritos but did not have any at the time. You can add just about anything you like to a breakfast burrito. Really helps to have a good flour tortilla. I got mine from a buddy in Arizona and they are large and delicious.
