PETRALE SOLE FILLET WITH VEGETABLES
DINNER AT HOME
I have been using variations of this recipe since I was in my twenties. Works with pretty much any fish and you can include vegetables that you like or have in the refrigerator. This was the first time I tried Petrale Sole. It is a flaky white fish that has a bit of a fishy taste. Not my favorite fish. Would have rather used Mahi Mahi but it was around $30 per pound at Whole Foods.
