CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH
DINNER AT HOME
Got home a little late and had to make do what we had in the fridge. Took what was left of a Rotisserie Chicken and made incredibly delicious Chicken Salad Sandwiches. Added chopped Carrots, Onions, Jalapeño and Celery to Chicken and mixed with a bit of Relish and Mayo. Always need a little Lettuce and American Cheese to make this sandwich pop. Tomato also good but we were out. Seriously good Sandwich!
