SHRIMP SCAMPI WITH BASMATI RICE
DINNER AT HOME
This simple dish was delicious and had both of my girls going back for seconds. Cooked the Shrimp in Garlic, Butter, White Wine and Lemon Juice. Cooked up some Wild Basmati Rice that we purchased at Trader Joes on the Mainland. Simply delicious!
