DINNER AT HOME
Day 3 on the 7 Day Diet and I am feeling great. Went low fat and low carb with this dinner that was cooked in the Air Fryer. Salmon and Brussels Sprouts. Salmon was delicious but I only used a very small amount of Avocado Oil and Balsamic Vinegar for the Brussels Sprouts. Came out a little dry. I added Pearl Onions and Garlic to the Brussels Sprouts when cooking in the Air Fryer and they added nice texture and flavor.
