DINNER AT HOME
Craving Pizza but cannot have regular pizza dough on my diet. Improvised with a Zucchini.
Started by hollowing out the Zucchini and then coating the inside with Olive Oil, Garlic and Oregano. Topped with a pour of Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheeses, Pepperoni, Bell Pepper, Onion, Olives and a little more Parmesan. Baked in oven at 375 degrees for around 25 minutes. Plated on Tomato Sauce and a little more Parmesan. Delicious and satisfying.
