DINNER AT HOME
Wanted to practice pizza making with my new Bertello Pizza Oven but wanted to keep it low carb. I used a Low Carb Tortilla as my base and it turned out perfect. Topped the Tortilla with BBQ Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, Cheddar Cheese and Red Onion. Cooked for about 20 seconds and then rotated every 10-15 seconds until crispy. Added Cilantro to finish. Absolutely delicious!
