MEATBALLS, SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS STUFFED ZUCCHINI

DINNER AT HOME

Craving a Meatball Sandwich so I decided to make one using a Zucchini in place of the bun to stay low carb.  This actually tasted a lot better than it looked.

MEATBALLS, SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS

ADDED A LITTLE TOMATO BASIL SAUCE

FILLED ZUCCHINI WITH ALL THE GOOD STUFF

TOPPED WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE
