SEARED AHI

DINNER AT HOME

Going with a very light dinner after the Thanksgiving Holiday.  Simply Seared Ahi with a dipping sauce made of Shoyu, Dijon Mustard, Wasabi, Honey and a drop of Sesame Oil.  
This is one of my faves!

START WITH A NICE FRESH AHI BLOCK

DUST ALL SIDES WITH CAJUN SEASONING

SEAR FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS ON EACH SIDE

SEARED AHI IS READY TO CUT
