| ISLAND AIR TERMINAL HONOLULU AIRPORT While I love to fly Hawaiian Airlines, I am getting pretty content flying Island Air to the Neighbor Islands. I like the small airport adjacent to Honolulu International. The parking is close and easy plus you can get through security in just a few minutes. The Island Air planes board quickly and your luggage is available in minutes after you arrive at your destination. Makes flying more relaxed if you do not mind flying in a small prop airplane. The Island Air Terminal has a small bar/restaurant that serves up Nachos, Sandwiches and Salads. The Nachos start at $11.99. Add Chili $1.00 and add Guacamole for another $1.49. All of the sudden you are paying almost $15 for a plate of nachos. The Michalob Ultra was $7.09 and a Blue Moon Beer was $9.09. May not want to spend too much time at this place. You can go broke before your vacation starts.  |
