Harajuku is one of my favorite places in Japan.  This vibrant part of Tokyo rocks with people, shopping and eating establishments.  The energy and lights at night make this the ideal place to eat, shop and drink.  We were literally standing on the corner shown in the first photo below when we saw the Seiko-En Yakiniku sign on the fifth floor of the building across the street.  We headed over not knowing anything about the restaurant or food.  Entered to find a pretty cool little spot with of all things a bit of a Hawaii theme.  We received menus and found out that this was an all you can eat restaurant featuring every part of the cow, chicken or pig.  For around $40 US you get 90 minutes to cook and devour plates of meat.  Pretty amazing to is the fact that for another $15 or so you can enjoy as much as you can drink beer, wine and cocktails.  This was kind of a dream come true restaurant that did not disappoint.  We liked the place so much that our group of five people dined here twice during our week stay in Tokyo.  Probably would have gone back again if we had another day.  We literally tried everything including Horse Meat Sashimi, Uterus, Liver, Gizzards,  Tongue, Hormones, Pork, Steak, Bacon and Wagyu Beef.  Everything including the Horse Meat was good.  Some cuts were down right delicious.  You can order as many plates as you like during the 90 minutes and they do time you.  When your 90 minutes are up the waiters tell you that you have one last order remaining before time is up.  Could not believe how much meat the four girls ate.  I consumed a fair share but wow....those gals really put it down.  Liked the Salad Bar and fact that you can also order several Noodle and Rice dishes to accompany the meats.  Staff was very friendly and service was great.  They all smiled and pointed at us when we came back a second time.  This was an amazing meal and experience that everyone loved.  Highly recommend Seiko-En if you like meat and are in Tokyo.  For the price you cannot go wrong!
