CHINESE CHICKEN AND SHRIMP SALAD
DINNER AT HOME
Always coming up with new recipes for Sam's Club or Costco Rotisserie Chickens. We always seem to have one in the refrigerator for those nights where we do not want to spend a lot of time cooking.
Sam's Club had a Asian Salad Mix with Cabbage, Carrots, Dressing and Won Ton Chips for super cheap so I picked up a bag. Just poured it all in a bowl and mixed with Dressing. Did not use the Won Ton Chips though. My gals did not want them. Salad was light and very delicious.
