FRESH FISH BURRITO
DINNER AT HOME
Bought some super fresh Kajiki (Blue Marlin) and coated it with Cajun Seasoning. Grilled it up and placed it in a grilled Flour Tortilla with Shredded Cabbage, Cheese, Pico de Gallo, Cilantro and a sauce make up of Plain Yogurt, Mayonnaise, Lime Juice and Oregano. These Burritos were delicious. The White Sauce really takes them to another level and the Fresh Fish is key.
