SEARED AHI SASHIMI
APPETIZER AT HOME
I love seared Ahi and enjoy making it at home. I dust the entire Sashimi Block in Cajun spices and then sear it in Olive Oil for about 30 seconds on each side. For the sauce I mix Dijon Mustard, Soy Sauce, Wasabi, Honey and a dash of Sesame Oil. One of my favorite appetizers ever!
