SHUTOME WITH WHITE WINE BUTTER SAUCE
DINNER AT HOME
Looking into the fresh fish department at our local supermarket I saw some super fresh Shutome which is Swordfish at a pretty good price. Grilled it with a little salt, pepper and lemon/garlic seasoning. Made a White Wine and Butter Sauce with Shallots and Garlic. The fish was moist, meaty and so delicious. Light flavor with no fish taste. This was good. Really good!
