Wow....this lunch was on its way to being one of the best of our lives. Everything was perfect. The view, impeccable service, great ambiance plus great food. We were in heaven here and enjoying the day and feeling so good. Our appetizers took a bit of time but they came out and everything was delicious. Then we waited for our $100 Seafood entree that would solidify this day as one of the best ever. We waited....and waited. No entree. We were on a time limit and had to leave so we asked the staff to pack up our entree for takeout. Then we waited.....and waited. No food. Waited for as long as we could and then just had to leave without our food which in fact we paid for in full. Our $100 Seafood Spectacular was left in the kitchen. Whether they actually finished it is no known. So bummed because this had all the elements of being one of the best lunches of our lives. Left and received no apology or refund.
