CORTIINA HOTEL - MUNICH, GERMANY (BAVARIA)
MUNICH, GERMANY
I will expand later on this hotel in Munich. In a nutshell, I loved the location and liked the room. The employees however were another story. With the exception of the two girls at the front desk, the hotel has the worst employees I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. The men working at the front desk and bar/restaurant have an attitude like you would not believe. They actually turn their back to you when you approach the front desk. These guys are full of attitude and should be fired. We would have a drink at the bar and the guys would walk by and say nothing. They would not refill drinks or ask if we wanted another drink or the check. They stood at the bar drinking coffee and talking to friends or each other. One had a meal at the bar while we were sitting waiting for drinks. Absolutely most worthless hotel employees ever. These guys are on a different planet and according to their attitudes a different level. Total bullshit attitude that I would not want to return to. Would never stay here again because of the employees and nothing else. The location is great, the rooms are clean but this does not make up for the terrible attitude these punks impose on guests day and night. One tall guy at the front desk was great at giving you a stare and turning his back. I let him know my feelings via a hand gesture when I entered the elevator.
