DINNER AT HOME
So we have Tacos and Pizza down with our low carb diet thanks to low carb tortillas and pizza crusts. This Pizza is was as good as any Pizzeria in Honolulu and in fact was absolutely delicious. I cooked the Italian Sausage before placing it on the Pizza. Layered the Pizza with Tomato Sauce, Oregano, Parmesan Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Red Onion, Bell Pepper, Pepperoni, Sausage and JalapeƱos. Next time I will cook the Low Carb Pizza Crust first without the toppings for about 10-12 minutes to get it a bit crispier. I had to keep the Pizza in the oven longer than expected and some of the toppings got a bit burnt. Did not really effect the taste but looked black. This is delicious and satisfying Pizza without the carbs!
