APPETIZER AT HOME
I love Ahi Sashimi and Seared Ahi. When it is fresh like we get in Hawaii, there is no better appetizer. For Seared Ahi, I dust the Ahi block in Cajun Seasoning and then sear it in Olive Oil for about 10 seconds per side. Thats it! Serve with a mixture of Shoyu and Wasabi. I often add a little Honey, Dijon Mustard and Sesame Seed Oil to the mixture to really kick up the flavor of the sauce.
