SEAFOOD WITH TRUFFLE RISOTTO

DINNER AT HOME

My Wife suggested we have Risotto for dinner so my mind went to work on what to serve with it.
I thought Seafood and then headed to the market.  Started with Shrimp but then went on a binge and bought Scallops, Clams and Lobster too.  Added Truffle Butter, Parmesan Cheese, sautéed Mushrooms and Shallots to the Risotto then topped with Asparagus.  This was a symphony of work in the kitchen with me and my Wife working side by side to prepare all the seafood.  We sat down on our lanai and feasted like being in a five star restaurant.  So blessed to enjoy this with the family and have homemade meals that are restaurant quality without the high cost.

FAMILY DINNER ON THE LANAI.  IT DOES NOT GET BETTER THAN THIS!
