KEVIN O'LEARY SOUS VIDE PRIME RIB

DINNER AT HOME

Watched Mr. Wonderful pitch his Sous Vide Prime Rib and just had to try one.  Received the Prime Rib frozen in a well insulated cooler.  Instructions said to heat in 400 degree oven for about an hour.  Did this and the Prime Rib came out perfect.  Looked and tasted great.  In fact one of the best pieces of Prime Rib I have ever eaten.  Loved it!  Served with my new favorite Potato Stacks and some fresh vegetables.  This was my second time doing the Potato Stacks and this time they came out tasting 100% better.  Added some Flavor God Cheese Seasoning along with more Parmesan Cheese and Salt to the potatoes.  Also cooked them for almost an hour rather than 30 minutes as directed in the recipe.
