LUNCH AT HOME
I was craving a Chicken Shawarma Sandwich so I made my own using Grilled Chicken and a Shawarma Spice blend that I purchased on Amazon. Placed the Chicken in a warm Pita Bread and topped with chilled Lettuce, Tomato and Red Onion. A little homemade Tzatziki Sauce made this a delicious lunch that tasted much better than some Shawarma I have eaten. Even in Israel. Cannot wait to make some more of these Pita Sandwiches. Yummy good! I made these the next day for my girls and my Daughter gave me a 10 out of 10. My Wife said "delicious dear".
