DINNER AT HOME
My Wife loves a good Risotto and I have perfected a version that I infuse with Black Truffle, Asparagus, Mushrooms, Shallots, Garlic, Truffle Butter and Parmesan Cheese. Paired the Risotto with a Grilled Marlin that I topped with a sauce made with Shallots, Garlic, White Wine and Truffle Butter. This dinner was rich and delicious that I savored every bite. Like eating my favorite candy. Yummy!
