LOS ANGELES TO HONOLULU
Checked in online early and was offered a First Class upgrade for only $200. Decided to go for it even though our trip from Honolulu to San Diego was in coach and it was fine.
Just as our coach flight on Alaska, the service in First Class was excellent. No drinks however served before takeoff. Food was pretty good too! While we are die hard Hawaiian Airlines customers and frequent flyers, Alaska seems to have the better service between the two.
Don't get me wrong we still love Hawaiian and have had many great flight attendants and great service too.
