DINNER AT HOME
Craving Lasagna but still sticking to a low carb diet so I made a Zucchini Lasagna. Replaced the Pasta with thinly sliced Zucchini but left other ingredients the same as traditional Lasagna. Ground Beef, Italian Sausage, Tomato Sauce, Onions, Garlic, Basil, Parsley, Egg, Mozzarella, Parmesan and Ricotta Cheese. Wow...this was delicious and totally satisfied my craving for Lasagna. Will make this again and again.
