DINNER AT HOME
For some reason I was craving Jambalaya so I decided to make a batch using Shrimp, Chicken and Andouille Sausage that we had in the fridge. End result was pretty good but a bit too spicy for my Wife and Daughter. I put a whole chopped Jalapeño in the recipe which was a bit too much. Satisfied by craving for Jambalaya though.
