DINNER AT HOME
My Daughter wanted Pasta Bolognese and I am eating a low carb diet. I compromised and made hers with normal pasta and made mine with 1/3 pasta and 2/3 Veggie Nests made from Zucchini and Squash. I made the Bolognese using Ground Beef and Pork along with Onions, Carrots, Celery and Garlic. Added two jars of Bertolli Tomato and Basil Sauce (our fave). Sauce came out perfect and was delicious. The Veggie Nests basically disintegrated and were pretty tasteless. Would not recommend or buy them again. Much better to use fresh Zucchini and cut it yourself.
