APPETIZER AT HOME
I had a Zucchini left over from when I made Zucchini Lasagna. Decided to make these low carb Pizza Bites that are unbelievably good. These are amazing and so delicious that I may serve them at our next dinner party. Simple to make and very satisfying.
ZUCCHINI PIZZA BITES |
CUT ZUCCHINI AND SPRINKLE WITH ITALIAN SEASONINGS |
I USED FLAVOR GOD PIZZA AND ITALIAN ZEST SEASONINGS |
BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES TO SOFTEN THE ZUCCHINI |
REMOVE FROM OVEN AND TOP WITH BERTOLLI TOMATO/BASIL SAUCE |
TOP WITH PARMESAN CHEESE |
ADD GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE |
TOP WITH PEPPERONI |
BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES |
