DINNER AT HOME
After a delicious Sashimi and Avocado appetizer we decided to make a Wedge Salad for the main course. Topped the chilled Lettuce with Bleu Cheese Dressing, Crumbled Bleu Cheese chunks, Bacon, Egg, Avocado and Tomatoes. Also added Pickled Beets which were amazing. This was so delicious and filling. Loved it!
